PRESIDENT - Erica Lamb Erica came to Alaska in search of misadventure, which she regularly finds climbing and in the mountains.  Erica is psyched on getting others into the mountains, and wants to spread the joy of survival skiing with a heavy pack!

VICE PRESIDENT - Nick Janssen   Nick is the current vice presdient of the Alaska Alpine Club and has been involved with the club since 2012.  He has climbed most of the peaks in the Delta Range and enjoys nordic skiing and ice climbing during the winter; packrafting and distance trail running during the summer.

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR - Eric Torvinen Torv a former dedicated snowboard bum, came to Alaska after years of modeling his life after the movie “Out Cold”. After taking the Ski Mountaineering Class in 2014, and loving every second of it, he becameinvolved with the AAC. He considers it his job to “Spread The Stoke” throughout the Fairbanks outdoor community!

CLUB ADVISOR - Frank Olive Frank has been in Fairbanks since the early nineties.  He has spent the last 20 years climbing and adventuring in Alaska and beyond.  His kids are his newest awesome adventure in life. He is the current author of the Fairbanks Area Rock Climbing Guide.  Working as a staff member at UAF Outdoor Adventures and teaching outdoor classes keep him busy while he is not hanging with his kids.  He is one of the AAC staff advisors.
